The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
4 bolt face just to the left of Raid. Starts to the left up a boulder to a large ledge. First bolt is a bit reachy from the ledge, so you will have to make the clip from the first move up the face if you are on the shorter side.
Thin edging on flakes and tiny crimps for several moves past the first 3 bolts lead up the slab onto a large somewhat loose flake. Good solid smears take you to the top. Run out at the top, but much easier climbing.
