The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Climb past 2 bolts on a face to a bulge where the 3rd bolt is located, finish with a 4th bolt on low angle slab.
Location
In the back rocks of white tank campground. In between Raid and Prison For Czech Politicians.
Standing a few feet back from the base of the route, looking at the formation GPS: (33.98543, -116.01282)
