Description
No gear possible. Starting 40 feet left of the the obvious vein of Ribbon of Friction at the right end of the Practice Slabs, start up easy blank rock out of the trees to a 2" wide quartz vein (or wherever you want to go) as it gradually steepens, make a couple thinner moves to gain the secure stance on the quartz dike that crosses the slab around 40-feet up. Step right a few feet and tiptoe up the right leaning vein through a bulge gaining the thin twin tracks that head directly up until they fade into blank easier slab. Follow your nose up the wide finish slab above Ribbon of Friction. Or, head left toward the first trees where there is a small headwall with a crack on the right end of it and belay. Cross a tree band and finish up the easier upper slab.
