Description Suggest change

Climb up the somewhat slabby crack system to a ledge, 40ft. Take a stance in a body sized pod with a hand sized crack to protect the crux move straight up onto the face. Continue up with plenty of gear options. Exit onto a large ledge and belay with small gear in a comfortable stance climbers right, before the large tree. Rappel from the large tree. We were able to simul rappel and easily retrieve the rope leaving nothing behind.

Location Suggest change

Hike south on the trail most traveled on the east side of Hopkins lake. Look up 50 yds on the left near the middle of the lake for the slabs. Good climbing if the weather window for the surrounding big boys isn’t desirable.
