Description Suggest change

This boulder is tall, proud and committing.
Make sure you have enough pads when attempting this line.

Though its good to know the crux is towards the bottom, the top has good grips yet high and with a bad landing. The day it was climbed in full, my second time on it, we had only one very thin camping matress from the 80s, so the attempt on for this video was "hanging for dear life" so to speak.

Basilisko's name alludes to the famous Jesus Christ lizard which has the ability to walk (run) on water.

When climbing on the so called Huevo Duro boulders where Basilisko is located you have to cross the Rio Grande to get to it. The Rio Grande is not known to be the cleanest river in Costa Rica.

Thanks to David Ulloa for showing the area and boulder. Also to Marco Guie Cob for joining to climb and document the beauty that day.
