The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Begin by climbing about 1/2 way up the corner of Solar Panel (5.0), then move left and clip a bolt just above a Yucca plant. From here the route is sport-bolted (6 bolts total) to a 2-bolt anchor.
The crux, at the very top, above the last bolt, is very height dependent. If you're shorter than about 5 foot 9 inches tall it'll be much more challenging (5.10) and you might need to dyno for the lip at the top!
