Climb a slabby slope up the corner and over the overhanging block

Once you have descended the guardrail trail, a short climbing wall will be on your left. If you walk forward to the corner of that wall, you can spot an overhanging block that marks the top of Speeding Down South. It goes up a slabby slope of rock
