If you use chalk on the rock, brush it off when you are done. If you use tick marks, brush them off when you are done. Wipe your feet off prior to each climbing attempt. Excess chalk and any dirt, leaves, or mud can polish holds over time. Do not drag your pad from one climb to the next (in order to minimize erosion). And most importantly, Leave No Trace. Pick up your trash and place it in the trash cans at the trail head.
Description
A great power-endurance problem that is often overlooked! Start on a right facing slot then move up and left to a horizontal rail. Traverse left using jugs and slopers to a few good holds on the arete. Once on the arete, fight the pump and do a fun mantle to finish. To get down, have someone move a pad and jump. The finishing holds on the arete tend to collect dirt and leaves so be sure to clean them off beforehand.
