If you aren't sure if raptors are breeding here, then listen and watch for defensive behavior such as screeching or diving (links to info). If raptors are breeding in this area please climb somewhere else and let other climbers know.
Pressures on wildlife can be immense and are multiplied by effects of climate change and pollutants. Choosing to climb away from nest sites reduces unnecessary stresses to the birds. Give these animals a chance to thrive.

Description
This climb is listed as "???? project" in Squeezing the Lemon III. It's almost certain that Steve Johnson climbed this - see his post dated 10-29-12 in this thread (ignore the rest of the thread, which is an argument about some other routes at Avalon). At any rate it's a good climb revolving around a hard slab sequence in between the second and third bolt. The start is a reachy 5.10 move, and after the crux is about 60 feet of much easier (5.8?) but enjoyable knob romping.
