The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This route is located on the backside of the wall with Hellraiser, Hellbender, et al. The climb is located in a narrow corridor. Climb the face 10 feet to the left of Hellcat.
