Are the first and second flakes on the headwall/roof safe? I was climbing this route, but decided to not continue, because there are crack seams running along the bottom of both large flakes and they sound hollow as crap! Sep 6, 2015

There is a big hollow flake as the first hold on the roof. It doesn't seem to flex but does sound bad, so proceed with caution. luckily you don't have to pull too hard on it, just make sure your belayer is aware. Apr 11, 2017
