The granite on the face climb is flawless. It's gritty and is easy to grip with the shoes. There are a few sparsely located hand holds, but until the crack its a friction climb through and through. The crack is awkward and off-width. The crux is getting through the first two moves from the face to the crack. Once you're past the bulge, its just a walk-up what remains of the crack. Jan 2, 2016
