Shares Chain Anchors with Hard Feelings & Branch Breaker to the right. Groundfall potential through crux to second bolt.

I regrettably gave this climb a low rating because of the unnecessary groundfall potential getting to and clipping the second bolt, which is the crux of the climb. A fine climb if you're comfortable leading 5.10, but not a good lead for someone at this grade. The first bolt could be 2 feet higher, clipped from the same great stance and totally protect the crux above it without a groundfall. Cleaned some loose rock above the second bolt. Feb 17, 2014

I thought this route was pretty fun for how short it is. It may be a tad harder then 8 but the edges are there, you just have to find them. Its possible to get a small stopper in a crack near the top to tame the runout but I'd say its not necessary, its very easy climbing. Feb 17, 2013

There should be a little more info on this route. I actually like the climb, three bolts to the chains with a pretty decent runout on easy ground after the third bolt. There was a spot a small cam or stopper could be placed.

The addition of one bolt up top would delete the runout for all three routes on the right side of the wall. For some reason the runout didn't bother me on branch breaker but I didn't like it on Input.

Fun short climb, worth doing once. Mar 28, 2010
