I think Taiwan has a crag somewhere in Taipei. I have been there and saw an outdoor climbing wall in the metro area but it was part of a non-climbing trip, so can't provide more details. 

There is  climbing in Taipei proper. Good reminder!! 

It's actually  a fun urban crag!!
