Looking for an outdoor guided trip
|
A while (about 20 years) back The Kilted Yak in Medina Ohio organized a group where they took us to Pennsylvania to climb. The organizers took ropes and set up a climb. I was hoping to find something like this during the week of May 19. I'd travel as far as North Carolina to do this. I know this is a long shot. |

There are quite a few guide services in NC that offer this. I’m sure there are plenty closer to your home but I’ll list a couple that I know of where I’m at. https://www.pisgahclimbingschool.com/ |

If you're willing to go all the way to North Carolina I'd say pisgah climbing school as well. Super beautiful climbing in North Carolina, I did my first multi pitch with them and they were super nice and pretty reasonably priced. |

Another vote for Karsten, Anna Marie, Zach and the rest of the folks at Pisgah Climbing School. If you don't want to go as far, The Red River Gorge and New River Gorge have options as well. |

Off topic but in response to your username: I suffered from elbow tendonitis for years. I stopped eating potatoes and it went away. |

I switched to mashed potatoes. That helped a lot. |

French fries are the ticket. The grease attacks the tendonitis at its core. Edit: You can use either ketchup or ranch dressing. |

Hi Ethan, I work for Pisgah Climbing School in North Carolina and am the furthest North of the group. Please reach out if your group is considering coming back down! As a bonus, we can arrange a potato cookout at the crag as well to determine what potato forms will not trigger your tendonitis |
