Eli Wwrote: I did the warranty claim today. They're solution is to give you a free MSR Lite Lifter and tell you to remove the handle. The handle is what keeps the lid on during packing so this feels like a crappy temporary solution. The rep said there is no plan on redesigning the MSR Reactor series for a very long time...
