Well the goddamn millennials love the PNW anyway.

Ugh. Millennials.

Totally disagree with the OP.
Seems like WA is being mentioned more and more in this website. 2 or 3 years ago you never saw any post asking for a partner at WA Pass and maybe only occasionally Index.
And judging by all the fucking crash pads on Icicle Creek Rd and all the new user trails at WA Pass over the past 10 years I’d say the state and all its shitty climbing has been discovered.

What a strange resurrection of an almost-9-year-old thread....

I wanted to reach out to anyone in the Seattle area. I recently had my van broken into and almost all my climbing gear was stolen. Everything was relatively new and had Trango red tape on the handles. The brake-in happened the night of July 17th in West Seattle. If anyone sees this gear pop up can you please let me know. My email address is gabejbh@gmail.com. Any help would be appreciated as nothing was covered by insurance. Below is a list of everything that was stolen.

Thanks again!

Shitty man, hope you get your stuff back. How was your van broken into? Was gear visible? I'm in my van around the Seattle area often and would hate to have the same experience.

It was behind the drivers seat. They saw my sunglasses and broke in for them and grabbed the gear because it was close. If you cover up the windows it shouldn't be a problem.

Lost gear dude; you should post in the PNW forum and list your shit. You'll have a better chance reaching the right folks there. Also just make a new post, don't necro a 9 year old thread. It doesn't even make sense...

PS: Sorry your shit got nicked. That sucks and I hope you get it back.

PPS: Climbing in WA Sucks. CO or UT are way better. Everyone go there

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
