What are some suggestions for climbing bags? I am looking to upgrade from my 28L to a 40 or 45L to fit all my gear plus a rope. A friend of mine has the Patagonia Cragsmith and I was looking at the Edelrid Rope Rider, but it doesnt have a waist belt. What are other options that I can look at?

Have you searched previous threads for this? I would imagine this question has been asked before.

I've had my Cragsmith 35 for years and love it. Everyone is always surprised with how much it holds in it.

The BD Creek 35L and 50L are solid choices.

Does this come with a waist belt though?

Doe sit have space to carry a rope inside of it? I'm tired of my rope bag on long approaches.

Waist belt? I think you may be confused.

I'm not sure if I am ready to stick my neck out for this idea

Once again, the Archwood Flextrek 37,000,000,000,000 (Whipsnake and Augmenteon models) will serve you well.

Would you rather be like Conrad Anker or Chris Sharma?

Only if it's on sale with the complimentary Frech Wedge.

I can fit a double rack, harness, shoes and a 70m rope in it. Snack pocket on the side. Even has a strap on top to hold your rope if you have more gear inside.
