What should that be called?

I am looking around for people in texas, but that forum is scattered with a different region (the more climbing friendly one)

Todd,
In my humble opinion Texas should be listed under the International heading. It just seems to be a whole different country to me!

Cheers!

and here I thought Texas was still technically part of Mexico. Thus the international rating holds true.

Technicaly Texas is in the middle of the country. I think the only cool part Texas, Hueco Tanks, should be annexed by the the four corners region.

Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas should be grouped into something. And yeah, Hueco should just be part of the Southwest. State borders can be nonsensical sometimes.

What region should Wisco be in if not the midwest?

Todd, I will give it to you that Texas is not part of the midwest, but I'm sorry, Wisconsin most definitely is part of the midwest. If you must be more specific, you can call it a Great Lakes State, but this is just a subsection of the greater midwestern region.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
