Description
This is the Main Big-Wall of Echo Canyon Park. This wall is directly south of Bobby's Rock with the Rock-face oriented to the north.
Several EXTREMELY large bee colonies exist in the alcoves and caves along the big wall. Loose rock is plenty, with many hidden lines forgotten by time waiting to be rediscovered and completed. Bold climbing in preparation for bigger and greater things exists here. As is the intended spirit of foundational Camelback Mountain climbing.
This is the last truly untouched area in the park. This is because of how many routes were abandoned and forgotten about before being completed. Most routes have been reclaimed by time. Hopefully their names will come about as they are documented once again.
If an old aid route is found, and if it is evident that it was once abandoned; and if it is to restored in the future. It is by right of the restoring party to claim the forgotten route and name it. If an existing route is found and if it was evident the entirety of the climb was completed by an unknown FA Party. Record and document this climb as an "unknown" route until its name is discovered or until the route is eventually free climbed. As an FFA party can hold claim to an unknown route's name, if no FA party can be found to define a route.
