Description
South-facing wall on a sub-peak along the approach to Vågakallen's Nordryggen. It's a 250m cliff with a single route on it of the same name.
Getting There
Park at Djupfjorden on the West side of the bridge -- first part of approach is shared with Bare blåbær. Take the trail past the camping area, along the west side of Djupfjord. When you reach the moraine that separates it from Djupfjordvatnet, stay left at every split to take the trail along the west side of Djupfjordvatnet. This is the trail to the scrambling route up Vågakallen Nordryggen, so it's commonly used. After passing the end of Djupfjordvatnet, right before the trail crosses the stream, leave the trail and start bushwhacking directly up and towards the wall.
The bushwhacking is relatively steep and slippery. Head directly towards the wall with your climb -- pick the most reasonable looking line. 90min approach.
