Mount Whyte offers phenomenal views of the Lake Louise area from the East and can be climbed fairly easily in a day.

Getting There Suggest change

From Chateau Lake Louise take the signed trail to Lake Agnes Teahouse, then continue up to the Beehive. Scramble west towards the Devil's Thumb and contour around the south side of the thumb on game trails until below the Whyte-Devil's Thumb col.
