The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Up canyon (south) from Veil of Libitina. The climb faces north in a small cluster at the neck of the little canyon. Located in the first little canyon after leaving the parking area.
Getting There
After leaving the parking area, go north about 200 yards and follow the little trail. There are formations on the west side, walk until you've reached the "end". To access this boulder, walk into the first little canyon and go all the way to the back. Boulder is perched on the top near the back.
