Description
One of the most well known and popular zones on Copper. The Peanut is a rock formation located directly above the golf course access road that has a distinctive peanut shape, visible from far away. This area has many classic multipitches on clean rock with plenty of variety in grades.
Getting There
Head south along the hydro line road until you are directly above the golf course access road, look for the peanut formation, midway up the mountain. Trail to access the peanut is flagged in orange, above the talus field. Alternatively, you can access the Peanut by climbing through Peanut Sauce, potentially adding two more pitches to your climb.
