Description Suggest change

The hub for some of the best climbing in Northern BC.   There are many large granite walls for multi-pitch routes and several smaller ones for cragging.  Many crags in the area are well known for easy access, short approaches and huge future development opportunity.  Bouldering, Trad, Sport, Ice, and Alpine opportunities can all be accessed from the Terrace Area.  This region has a diverse set of granite and massive potential for new route development.

A guidebook was released in 2022 and has helped gather together lots of local knowledge.  The book can be purchased in Terrace.  A second, bouldering-specific guidebook to the area is still in development. Since the release of the guidebook, new climbs and crags are still being developed so check MP and Northern BC rock for updates.

Check out northernbcrock.wikifoundry.… for more information as most of the climbs are not on MP.

Getting There Suggest change
