Access Issue: Regarding Local Ethics Details

If you use chalk on the rock, brush it off when you are done. If you use tick marks, brush them off when you are done. Wipe your feet off prior to each climbing attempt. Excess chalk and any dirt, leaves, or mud can polish holds over time. Do not drag your pad from one climb to the next (in order to minimize erosion). And most importantly, Leave No Trace. Pick up your trash and place it in the trash cans at the trail head.

Description

This sub area hosts a handful of classics on amazing gritstone. Well worth the short hike!

Getting There

From the parking area, hike down the gravel road and take the first climber's trail on the right. Once below the First Wall Area, take the trail right until you see the overhanging arete Moby's Dick. Turn downhill along the side of this boulder and walk underneath the Tier 2 Boulder following the trail to The Allusionist Boulder. Follow a feint trail downhill and to the left to the two boulders comprising the Death Block Boulders.
