Description Suggest change

One of the more beautiful spots in the White Mtns, even if there isn't much climbing. (see photos)

It is not known if there are any established routes on this crag (s ?). Up high, and to the right of the crag you see from Mascot Pond there may be an extension of the crag. (see photo)

Getting There Suggest change

Take the Rail Road bridge approach. If on foot, take the lower level across the bridge. Turn LEFT and follow a road as it swings around to the right. In an open area, where another road comes in on the right TAKE THAT RIGHT road. ( "AMC Trail" Signs may direct you to stay left, ignore them: it's 0.2Mi longer) This right-hand road takes you back to the RR bed. Take a left, cross over the canal and take an immediate right onto a path. In 75+/- yds reach Hogan Road. Take a right, follow this for about 1/3 mile and take a left onto the "AMC Mahosic" Trail". After a short climb, take the right into Mascot Pond and Leadmine Ledge.
