Description Suggest change

This area is a broad area which contains bouldering in and around the Taylor Park Valley. The valley has a number of smaller boulders scattered around from glacial erratic. The valley and surrounding mountains are very popular among OHV enthusiasts, and there is plenty of BLM and National Forest land to camp on in the area. The Taylor Park Trading Post is the nearest store, but expect them to nickel and dime you.

Getting There Suggest change

The Taylor Park Valley can be accessed either by going west over Cottonwood Pass via County Road 209 from Buena Vista or by heading east on County Road 742 from Gunnison.
