Description

Great, techy face climbing on plates and some pockets. It's East facing, so on a sunny, hot morning, you might be bathing in sweat.

Routes range from 5.9 to 5.12, with mostly 5.11s.

Mostly single pitch with some multipitch thrown in there for good measure!

Getting There

Park on the pull-off next to the paved road at the below coordinates. You will be close to the climbing on one side of the road, so you know which way to go. Find the break in the vegetation with a footpath next to the road, take it to the fence. Slip through the fence and make your way across the field towards the cliff, bearing left towards the shorter part. Where the trees and underbrush start to get thick, there should be a path leading up hill directly to the cliff face and Mato Burro.
There may be boot prints alluding to the way through the field, but there is no real trail there.
