Description
It should be no surprise that this north-facing crag is right next to the Burnt River. There are eight routes here. Most are on a continuous wall starting in a steep gully, plus a couple outlying routes nearby. boiseclimbs.com has a topo of four of the lines. These routes see very little sun. Please add detail if you have first-hand knowledge of this crag or the climbs.
Getting There
Riverside Crag abuts the river on the opposite bank from the road, ca. 1.5 miles upstream from French Gulch. There is a pullout for parking right across the river from the crag, the same parking spot used for Cave Wall. All you have to do is wade the river. To avoid water, you can also hike half a mile upstream from the footbridge, although there is no formal trail, and you must sidehill on a really steep slope.
