Description Suggest change

This 80 meter spire has a classic North face route and a southern one too. It's bolted in a proud manner and some bolts require route finding. Most are yellow but some fixed protection is rust colored and easy to miss.

Getting There Suggest change

Park at Parque Mineral Del Chico's Centro de Visitantes. Buy a pass (50 pesos) and find trailhead just behind the Centro. The well marked path takes you to a wall next to the Muela. Find rappel rings and descend to west side of Muela above a Grove of bamboo. Suit up here and leave packs here. Slide or grab bamboo down to north face. A small clearing marks the start. The first bolt is hard to see.
