The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This is a group of large boulders just north of Emerald City which has a handful of routes from 5.10+ to 5.11+.
Getting There
This is the northern most cluster of rocks on the hillside with Emerald City.
Approach as for Emerald City and break off to the base of the crag when it comes into view.
