Description
Beautiful clean sandstone walls that are just below the cable car station. The routes here vary dramatically in grade, commitment, and style. You can be traversing out through a series of great hand jams, pulling a roof, or climbing a techy arete. The Africa ledge is divided into a lower and upper ledge. The wall tends to be very sunny in the summer until the afternoon, best saved for winter or cloudy days.
The rappel stations will require about 50m of rope; so whatever your method, tag line or 2nd rope, just know that you need to go 50m.
