Description Suggest change

This is the first boulder that is accessible in this area and requires the shortest hike. It is almost right off the Opal Loop trail and is very noticeable. It looks highball-ish but isn't. There are more problems with potential (I am just submitting the one that I did).

This rock is exposed to sunlight at all hours of the day - good for winter and bad for summer. This boulder has a great landing and an easy downclimb off the back of the boulder.

Getting There Suggest change

Take Opal Loop from the first parking lot for Opal Hill. Turn left at the fork for the Opal Loop Trail sign. Continue until you see the first darker (conglomerate) boulder, this is it!
