Description Suggest change

In many ways Sant Llorenç del Munt Natural Park is the younger sibling of Montserrat. Conglomerate walls and towers of all angles, grades, orientations, and rock quality are stacked on multiple bands of the mountain like a layer cake that comprises more than 50 individual crags and hundreds of routes. La Mola is likely the most popular large area with the perplexing Paret Gran perhaps being the main attraction. For more resources on this area check out the guide apps "All Climb" and "Climb Around." And for more information online check out this comprehensive online guide to Sant Llorenç here.

Note: Many of the routes start on questionable rock for the first couple of meters, because of this it's really good to stick clip the first bolt of all of the climbs, and is particularly important that the belayer wears a helmet.

Getting There Suggest change

Sant Llorenç del Munt is located north of Tarrasa with La Mola crags being accessed through the small suburb of Matadepera. For specific parking instructions, see individual crag pages.
