Description Suggest change

Located at the foot of Monte Antelao, La Zoppa is a great summer crag with excellent rock.

Getting There Suggest change

From the center of San Vito di Cadore, take Via Belvedere to the Sun Bar at San Vito Ski Area. Park in the dirt across the road from the bar. Follow the paved road #228 (a ski run called "Bianca" in the winter) to the east and cross the river via a bridge. Continue following the road as it switches west and back east again. Keep following the road – keeping right at the fork – aiming toward the infamous landslide zone of Monte Antelao which terminates at the same creek you crossed earlier. Cross the creek at the stacked-stone "terrace". You'll be looking right at La Zoppa from this crossing. Look for some cairns which mark the start of the trail through the talus and forest to the base of Sector A. From Sector A, walk to the west (down hill) to reach Sector B in the trees.
