Access Issue: Private land Details

Climbers have access up to the roped fence. Owners do not want climbers going down to the river. There is also livestock that roams the forest. Please keep your dogs under control. Boulders on east side of river are off limits.

Description

This is a relatively wide spread sector with sparse boulders scattered throughout. This sector will be further divided to the specific boulders found through out here. None of the boulders are more than 35m from the main trail and include classic problems such as Prawn, Big Idea's, and No Baditudes.

Getting There

Continue following the main trail east past the Mini Blade boulder. There is a junction (new as of spring 2020) at a couple large rotting logs. Continuing straight (east) will bring you to the Prawn boulder. Turning left (north) will take you down to the Solitude boulder and onward towards the Sleight of Hand and Hillside Sectors.

Prior to the junction, if you turn right (south), uphill will take you to either Hillside Strangler or No Baditudes boulders.
