Description
This cave is somewhat of a godsend for hard bouldering in the Hills. It's not often we get such steep features paired with high quality rock. Positioned above, and behind the waterfall, atop rock slabs makes for a great setting. SW facing but too steep for the sun to hit the rock. Can seep in a few spots after a recent rain or snow. Given the cave's exposed location and tall top outs, spotters are needed to avoid potentially tumbling another 30-40'. Aside from that, the landing zone is fairly large and flat.
Getting There
From the Hippie Hole parking; hike roughly two thirds of the way down to the creek then bust left past a couple of trees with bright, triangle reflectors on them. Traverse the steep hillside for a couple minutes. Cave should be below you. There is a tricky approach from above that I won't even bother to describe. Or go downhill and scramble up the slabs from below. 10 to 15 min hike.
