Description
NW facing cliff, near the site of some recent rockfall / rockslide, on the side of a medium-sided rockface / mountain visible from the town of Noasco. Hosts about 10 multi-pitch trad routes.
Getting There
Park in Noasco, either in the small parking area in the center of town, or in the parking area just over the bridge (the more eastern of the two bridge).
Hike south along the road which curves right and endes at a gravel parking lot outside a rectangular 1-story building - not sure what it is. Walk around to the SW corner of the building, where you'll head up into the woods, following a steep switchback following red blazes for about 5-10 minutes until you arrive at a more-flat area with some larger boulders scattered around. Follow the most obvious trail to the right (West) for 10-15 minutes, passing both the ruins of some old stone structures and a boulder with various red paint blazes and directions on it, including an arrow informing you that "pg. 31" is to the left. Continue to the right, eventually following two low stone walls that look like they could have been an old water trench for another 5-10 minutes.
Now the tricky part - at some point you need to break left and head directly for the cliff face. If you are following the stone walls and reach a much more trenchy-trench complete with an old iron and wooden water-gate thingy, you have gone far enough. Head towards the cliff face, maybe there's a trail but we couldn't find it.
Once reaching the cliff face, scramble up along the rocks following the face of the cliff for 10-15 minutes, until you see the route you'd like to do on the left. None of the starts are maked, but one route does have a bolted first pitch, and a few others have pins.
