Description Suggest change

Popular local Santiago crag for sport climbing in the colder months and year round. Around 50 routes between 50-75 feet high with a few multipitch options. A number of easier and moderate routes makes it a good place for beginners, however there are handful of harder routes as well. It is a great day option for longer routes before heading to las chilcas, quebrada alvarado or attempting Juncal and puente del inca ice climbing

The place gets crowded on the weekends. Try and visit during the week.

Getting There Suggest change

Follow route 57 north from Santiago for about 50 miles to Casas de Chacabuco. Turn left on La Cuesta Chacabuco (G-115), follow the road for about ten minutes, and park in the lot alongside the road that overlooks the crag
