Description Suggest change

The rock here is similar to that of Devil's Gate, but the feature is in a more obscure location. It's not great for large groups due to the limited space. This area features a few climbs below 5.10, as well as a few high-quality 10s, 11s, and 12s. You can find some shade and nice breeze here.

Many of the routes here are still dirty, so helmets are recommended, and climbers should be careful of loose blocks, particularly at the top of climbs.

Getting There Suggest change

Purchasing the digital or print (NEW) guidebook is highly recommended and will be enormously helpful for approach information.

Approach as for Devil's Gate, and go through the notch and downhill slightly north. Cairns will lead you west and uphill, where you will find The Wind Tunnel.

There is a southern approach option as well, but this is certainly more than a scramble (maybe 5.0-5.2) and doesn't save time, so the northern approach is highly recommended.
