Description
High up out of the valley, and with shade in the afternoon. Home to 23 high-quality climbs, mostly in the 6c ( 5.11a) to 8a (5.13b) range.
Guidebooks - The guidebook listed to the left may not cover this area. The best guidebook for this area is "Greece, The Best of Sport Climbing", 2nd edition (2017) by Aris Theodoropoulos". Unfortunately, while in English, he does not mail to the USA. It is available in some shops in Leonidio, and I would expect in shops in the Athens area.

Getting There
Continue past Watermill and Playground (You'll also pass the sub-area Babala which we didn't visit) to where the road is really cut into the mountain (photos) Park in a tiny pull-out on the right, or other small pull-outs on the left. Look for the sign (photo) and fixed ropes to access the ledge from where climbs start.
Again, the map is very "cloudy" in the vicinity so the GPS is just an approximation.
