Description
A beautiful oceanside area containing a few sport routes (3 currently) and stellar bouldering from V-easy to V9 currently (but harder routes await).
The rock type is said to be granite and even the thinnest flakes seem to be bullet proof. And most rocks are razor sharp, more so than Hampi. Huecos, rails, slopers, cracks, and crimps are all common features in Agonda.
Visitors motivated to donate bolts and other climbing paraphernalia to the local climbing community, should do so at Kim’s Climbing wall in Socorro, a small backyard woody where locals train.
Getting There
At the southern end of Agonda Beach there is a small trail near the fishing boat landing that leads to the main area. 5 minutes maximum
