Access Issue: Beware of loose rock! Details

Description

Bolted single and multipitch sport routes with amazing views. Perfect for beginner to intermediate climbers. A great place to get away from crowds and enjoy a day in the mountains. Located just south of Ventana Deportivo (the locals favorite), same type of rock but routes are longer. Sun and shade can be found depending on season and time of day. More secluded than Ventana. There are many options for scrambling, exploring, and some trad lines. The rock however can be loose in some places so caution is advised. There's a reason the routes are bolted as the cracks aren't all that great.

Getting There

Drive past Ventana and it's on your left when you see the big rock faces above. Look for the two landslides with rock barrier retaining walls. You can find the trails or ravines to hike up from there. There are sport routes within 10 minutes up a ravine to the first crag from the road. Longer multipitch routes are all 20-40 minutes hiking.
