Getting There
Most of the rocks are are at the same level as the Tower Wall tier, roughly around the junction of the horizontal trail with the trail which goes steep uphill (marked by white diamonds) toward the Good Book wall. So these rocks are east from the Loop and west from the Tower Wall.
One way to reach it is to first go to Tower Wall, then walk flat West about 200 feet and look for your problems on the uphill side. Or take the Boulder Road up to its end, then turn right and walk flat East.
