Description

The boulders are on both sides of a ridge of beech trees.
There are no real paths yet, but the approach is not overgrown.
The Puddingstone needs cleaning and there will be some water-weakened rock that will fall off when climbed, but it has a lot of potential once clean.

Getting There

Park at the main Rock Point parking lot then walk up Palmer Ave towards the Bottom Line Bar.  From there hop onto Rocky Point Ave and the Corkscrew boulder is visible from the road.

Is it Puddingstone or Puddingtown Heights? Jan 26, 2017
Puddingstone Heights, to encompass the whole ridge of native Puddingstone.
When I walked the beach at low tide I saw many chunks of this Pudding Stone used as erosion control-- so the ridge was originally much larger. Feb 5, 2017
