Description Suggest change

This backcountry area is within Sequoia National Park. Near the top of Cliff Creek Canyon is the Spring Lake Wall. Lower down the canyon, directly above Pinto Lake on the side of Mount Eisen, is the Pinto Wall.

Great backcountry camping can be had near Pinto or Spring Lakes.

Getting There Suggest change

From Mineral King, either hike:
1) Over Timber Gap and up Cliff Creek, or
2) Over Granite Pass and down to Spring Lake.

Either route is a good day's hike with between 5-6,000 feet of elevation change.
