Description Suggest change

The ortenau area crags lie between Offenburg and Freudenstadt, with Oppenau in the middle.

This area has long been overlooked and climbers will find a lot of new things to discover, to the future dismay of locals perhaps. Over time, its popularity has been growing and will likely continue considering it is the largest county in Baden-Wuerttemberg with a very wide range of crags

Getting There Suggest change

Take the A5 towards Offenburg or the B28 towards Freudenstadt depending on where you're coming from. Oppenau is approximately in the center of where all the crags are (as mentioned above).
