Getting There
Walking right along the base you should encounter an area of ferns ( a spring is here in wet weather / springtime) just beyond a blowdown cleared area. (At least it was clear 5 yrs ago) This marks the start of the Hone Wall proper. The climb "Fiddling Jim (5.6)" starts 5-10 ft right of the fern area, climbs a ledge and then a clean, grey face. Hone Upper Tier is directly above this climb, but the usual access is to scramble/climb up the easy rock, starting further right and moving a bit back left to a 2 bolt anchor.
