Yosemite National Park has yearly closures for Peregrine Falcon Protection March 1- July 15. Always check the NPS website at nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/… for the most current details and park alerts, and to learn more about the peregrine falcon, and how closures help it survive. This page also shares closures and warnings due to current fires, smoke, etc.
Description
The namesake boulder for the area contains what might be the best crack problem in the valley, Deliverance, a long, difficult roof crack. There are a few other forgettable, low quality problems on the boulder.
Getting There
Can be difficult to locate on your first attempt. From the Flashback boulder, go west approximately 1/4 mi, maintaining more or less the same elevation. You will be vaguely near a tree-choked boulder/talus filled gully that appears to run down from Sentinel, and pass through a small more open area/clearing shortly before reaching the boulder.
